Maurice Levy

Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Publicis Group and chairs the boards of directors of many organisations, including the Peres Centre For Peace, as well as the Institut Pasteur-Weizmann.

He has been Chairman and CEO of the Publicis Group for 30 years.

Gérard Mestrallet

Honorary Chairman of SUEZ and ENGIE, Co-Chair of the Carbon Pricing Leadership Coalition (CPLC) and Executive Chairman of the French Agency for AlUla Development (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia).

Having held various positions in the Treasury Department and in the office of the Minister of the Economy and Finance, he joined Compagnie Financière de SUEZ, renamed GDF SUEZ (now ENGIE) of which he became Chairman and Chief Executive Officer.

Miriem Bensalah Chaqroun

Manages Les Eaux Minérales d’Oulmès and is Director of her family business, Holmarcom. She is also a member of various international boards of directors, Renault, Suez Group, Care International and Al Akhawayn University.

She was president of the Moroccan business confederation, a member of the board of the central bank of Morocco, chairperson and co-founder of the Centre Euro-Méditerranéen d’Arbitrage et de Médiation (CEMA).

Thomas H. Glocer

He first practised as a lawyer, then led Reuters news agency, which became Thomson Reuters Corp, until 2012.

She is High Representative of the French Government for the development of Autonomous Vehicles, Director of Saint-Gobain, Total, Air France KLM andSANEF, as well as Senior Advisor to SIA-Partners and Chairwoman of France Logistique.

She was Secretary of State for Transport and Secretary of State for Foreign Trade, chair and CEO of RATP, then chair of the SNCF and president of the supervisory board for Toulouse-Blagnac Airport.

Yves Leterme

He has served as Prime Minister of Belgium, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Minister-President of Flanders, Minister of the Budget, Minister of Mobility, Minister of Agriculture and Minister of Institutional Reform.

Susana Malcorra

She is Dean of the IE School of Public and Global Affairs and director of several private and non-profit organisations.

She began her career with IBM and TELECOM Argentina, then was appointed Chief of Staff to the Secretary General of the United Nations before becoming Minister of Foreign Affairs and Worship of the Argentine Republic. She has also worked with many NGOs and the United Nations World Food Programme.

Marie-José Nadeau

Member of the international strategy council

Honorary Chair of the World Energy Council. She is also a Director on the Boards of ENGIE and METRO Inc. specifically.

She has served on several advisory boards in the energy and sustainable development sector.

She was also Chief of Staff to the Ministers of Energy and the Environment of the Government of Quebec and held managerial positions within Hydro Quebec.

Lord David Simon of Highbury

Worked at BP PLC, where he was chief executive officer.

He has been UK Minister for Trade and Competitiveness in Europe and served in the House of Lords.

He has also held managerial positions within the Unilever Group, Bank of England, RTZ, Grandmet and Engie, belonged to several boards of directors of large private companies, has been Chairman of the Cambridge Foundation and is Deputy Chairman of the Council of Cambridge University.

The scientific council

Made up of legal professionals and experts in mediation. Its members can intervene in support of a Mediator on any technical, legal or ethical difficulty. They can also be appointed as Mediator by the parties.

It contributes to the training of Mediators and makes recommendations for the continuous improvement of the EQUANIM platform

Soraya Amrani-Mekki

Member of the Scientific Council

Associate professor in the Department of Legal Studies, research professor at Paris Nanterre University. She successfully completed the agrégation examination in private law and criminal sciences in 2003 and subsequently specialised in civil procedure, a field in which she has many publications.

She has been a member of the CNCDH since 2009 and contributes to many scientific councils, expert groups and research laboratories.

Hélène Bornstein

Member of the Paris Bar and qualified mediator.

She was a member of the Paris Bar Council and taught at the Paris Bar School of Law, where she was also director.

Jacques Bouyssou

Member of the Scientific Council

Member of the Paris and Madrid bars, handles international litigation at the Alerion firm, which he helped found.

He is Vice Chair of the International Bar Association’s Litigation Committee as well. A former Member of the Paris Bar Council, he was Secretary of the International Commission under Pierre-Olivier Sur. He is General Secretary of Paris Place de Droit.

Christiane Féral Schuhl

Member of the Paris Bar, specialising in new technology, a field in which she is the author of numerous books and publications.

She was President of the Paris Bar and the Conseil National des Barreaux (CNB).

Recipient of the "Prix Médiation AME" and the "International Jurist Award" in 2013.

Julie Klein

Member of the Scientific Council

Doctor of Law from the Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas (2010), passed the agrégation examination in private law (2011) and was a professor at the University of Rouen (2011-2019) before joining the Sciences Po Law School.

Scientific Director of the Semaine Juridique Edition Entreprise (JCP E) since 2018, she has also been a member of the Haut Comité de Gouvernement d’Entreprise (HCGE) since 2019

Denis Musson

Denis Musson is Honorary President of the Cercle Montesquieu, Senior Advisor and Mediator. He previously held the positions of General Counsel and member of the Board within SBF 120 companies.

Pierre Servan-Schreiber

Admitted to the the Paris and New York bars, former member of the Paris Bar Association.

Worked at the law firms Sullivan & Cromwell LLP and Skadden Arps.

He is Chairman of Le Club des Juristes' mediation commission, a CMAP accredited mediator and teaches mediation at Sciences Po Paris.

Michèle Weil-Guthmann

Honorary magistrate, mediator and arbitrator.

She was Vice-President of the Paris TGI Court, legal advisor to the Permanent Representation of France with the United Nations in Geneva and Director of the Office of the Director General of the World Intellectual Property Organisation.
